What are public service personnel?
Public service personnel are those who serve a 2-year term by:
delivering government letters, ticket sellers, work in orphanages, etc.
Because Heechul is a Korean celebrity, he is allowed to wear a mask and hat to cover his face
So in Korea there are several levels of soldier ... that is determined after they have trained for 1 month. So on September 1, Heechul will run a 4 week training period at the Nonsan Training Center. He will start carrying out his duties after that, so starting from 23 months he will run his Public Service Personnel.
1.) If you graduate and become a level 4 soldier (which is a Public Service Personnel), what do public service personnel do?
They work in city halls, subways, factories and other public places. Like a government employee. Depends on where he is placed.
2.) When finished working hours, where is he? Do you have a dorm or return home?
They will return to their respective homes.
3.) Does his hair need to remain shaved during service as a Public Service Personnel like a level 1 or 2 soldier?
No, he can grow his hair again. He only needed to shave it for the 4 week training.
4.) After 4 weeks of training at the Nonsan Training Center, what will he do?
He will come home from work at 5 or 6 in the evening to his own house. In Nonsan, they were only taught the basics of handling weapons (so heenim would not carry weapons like Kangin). After that they will live as other normal Koreans.
He can still receive letters, food, and attention from her fans, as long as it doesn't bring him back to entertainment for 23 months. If he returns to the entertainment world, his military service will be repeated.
In other words, even though he runs Public Service for the next 23 months, it is POSSIBLE that he will still be able to live with the other Super Junior members. Heechul just takes a break from the entertainment world and works like any normal Korean citizen.
