This song was made in collaboration with the luxury sports car brand, Ferarri, for one of their new car models. The song consisted of Heechul, Leeteuk and Kangin. However, despite the song and video having been complete, right before the official release, the CF deal was broken almost certainly as a result of a breach of contract by Kangin when he ironically commited a DUI.
On May 24, 2016, Kangin was involved in a DUI hit-and-run incident, where he turned himself in after a few hours. He was then found with a blood alcohol content of 0.05%. SM Entertainment has issued a statement, stating his future activities were cancelled while he reflects on his actions.[34][35]He entered the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office on June 15, 2016, to face questioning over causing a traffic accident while under the influence of alcohol. Prosecutors summarily indicted him on July 7. On September 7, 2016, Kangin was sentenced to pay a ₩7 million ($6,420) fine.[36][37][38]
